2. Services & Payment
Scope of Work
We provide AI chatbots, voice receptionists, and CRM automation setups as defined in your specific proposal.
Billing
Services are billed monthly or via one-time setup fees. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellation
You may cancel monthly subscriptions with 30 days' notice by emailing support.
Third Party Fees
Clients are responsible for their own software costs (e.g., OpenAI API credits, Twilio usage, GHL subscription).

You agree not to reverse engineer or resell our proprietary automation workflows.
Limitation of Liability
MarchForwardAI provides services "as is". We do not guarantee specific revenue results. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party API outages (e.g., OpenAI, Twilio).
Intellectual Property
Client Data: You own all data and leads generated.
Agency IP: We retain ownership of our custom code, prompt engineering structures, and automation templates unless explicitly assigned.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
